Just saved myself RM 119. Used a RM5.90 USB-C to USB-A female converter and Connect original lightning cable to PD capable power bank. No need to buy USB-C to lightning cable.
Was afraid it might fry my iPhone X but took the plunge coz wanted to try fast charging. Powerbank used is XiaoMi ZMI QB820 with PD and max 40W output. Wasn't sure how much power the X is drawing but it is charging at averagely 1% per minute.
