This morning i went to TNB and PBA to reconnect the supplies for my new house (subsale)

TNB - request

1. S&P
2. MyCard 2x copies
3. Photo of the meter*
4. Name of close relative / spouse with their my card number*
5. RM250-550 deposit depends on type of houses (landed ss/ds/sd , condo etc)
6. Stamp duty RM13
7. Ask for 3 phase, they said must ask TNB list of contractor to do and pay to them directly*


*the hell?

The contractor list will be different for each areas. The officer at the counter did provide me with a list of contractor for 3 phase.


PBA

1. S&P
2. MyCard 2x copies
3. RM70 above depends on house type also

Thats all.

And you can do it any TNB & PBA kedai regardless of where your house located.

I didnt register nothing yet all the sudden i got bill RM25 with my name ask me to pay* for the house that nobody stay, no TNB meter and no PBA meter

*mind-boggling

is this Selangor?

why need reconnection? coz the house no meter?

Yup, previous owner disconnected them when he sold his house.
