This is very true, many people i talk to about how crap tealive taste had the assumption that chatime changed name to tealive and know nothing about the dispute that happen. I've even seen customers trying to use the tealive member card at the new chatime outlets and chatime staff had to explain that it's a different company.Customer will still go for it because they're craving for it or it is nearby, this is all about their marketing strategy.
