Hi I'm new to this app.
How come offline transaction not recorded at the cc page.

I've used at mst terminal but it ask for sec code..it only allow 3 digit..what's code is that.

Thanks for answer.

Could it be the cvv code as some terminals do ask for that? I personally haven't encountered one yet.

Make sure you keep your transaction receipt. If you still don't get your points later, you can email my.samsungpay@samsung.com.

Because the goal is transactions so i seldom put full instead i tell cashier the amount i want.

But some ppl claim it can be done by requesting full tank but you need to tap twice before and after filling.
*
Or if tap at pump then once will do.

Tried a few times by moving phone around as the terminal did not detect my phone. In the end still managed to hear the beep when the phone was placed in the middle of the terminal, slightly below the screen. biggrin.gif

De Market at Taman Desa now accepts Samsung Pay. They have the 'Samsung Pay accepted' sign at the cashier and they even have a nice poster with steps on how to use samsung pay.

Yesterday try to use SPay on Aeon Midvalley Express Counter 20.
It's using Maybank terminal but payment failed. It shows error after i tried twice.
End up paying cash.
*
What card are you using?

I'm using PB Mastercard and I have few times encountered problem with Maybank terminal. The machine just beeped and returned to the homepage. Few times the machine asked me to use other cards. These happened at a few Watsons outlets.

Above two merchants accept SPay.

Right. I've tried using SPay at quite a number of merchants at IOI Mall. All work well.

The merchants are:
1) Nando's
2) Caring
3) Guardian
4) Watson's
5) AEON
6) Popular
7) MyNews
8) McD

Could it be that the cc system is offline today? I'll try again next time.

Now I know why. The whole area where the original Watsons was located is now closed for renovation. They have relocated to a smaller place, and I'm thinking that it could be just a temporary one until the old location is done. The old Guardian is still there, but it's at the border of the area being renovated. They may be closing later for renovation, which is why there is another temporary Guardian, which is so much smaller. Probably it's temporary, they have either yet to set up their card payment system, or perhaps they just didn't want to set it up.

Latest update:
The temporary Watsons @ IOI Mall has cc terminal set up. Spay can now be used.
Also noticed that there is a Spay accepted sticker at Pets Wonderland.

some update from my experience.

I start using Samsung Pay since January 2018. I have been using it for Caltex Pump without fail until yesterday (9-Jul-2018).

I notice Caltex pump is no longer accept Samsung Pay, showing DECLINE on the pump LCD screen. Attempted 2 different Caltex petrol station, experience the same outcome.

Is anyone has same experience with me?
Is there any petrol station has accept Samsung Pay at pump?
*
We can use Samsung Pay at BHP pump kiosk. But since a couple of months ago, there is problem with getting rewards points for mastercard when we use the kiosk, so now I go to the counter. We can still use our mastercard via spay at the kiosk, just that after that, if we want our points, we have to submit details to samsung to claim back those points. If you use Visa, then there is no points rewarding issue.

Really? I use Samsung Pay in Petronas but it doesn't work.
Only the usual debit/credit card swipe works.

Or you mean I need to go to counter to make the Samsung Pay transaction instead of directly at the petrol pump machine?
*
Yes. No tapping at the kiosk. You have to do it at the counter.
