Can anybody recommend me what type of mobile graphics card would i need to run Fallout 3 at medium to high settings at 1280x800 or maybe abit higher resolution but still keep within 30-40 fps?

Coz i'm planning to buy a new laptop in singapore and i'm slit between benq s41-42 or asus f series. Its either going to be the ATI HD3650 or 9600 or 9500 nvidia card and im not sure which will one will have better performance for playing Fallout 3.

I also plan to buy GTA 4, C&C red alert 3 and diablo 3 in the near future. Do you think the current graphics card would be able to play all the games which i mentioned?

One good thing about game haters is that less ppl will buy this game so that means more availability for others. As they say, one guy loses but another profits from it.

So have any of you guys played it for the xbox360 version since a copy of it was available to 3 weeks ahead of the current release date?

Its called VATS or Vault Tec Assist Targetting system. Very similiar to how u play kotor where you select and enemy and then queue up your attacks on each target in an succession order.

Quite a few oledi start playing eventhough it not yet arrive the usual way. So sad that piracy FTW, again. Have 2 wait for november 11th to get my copy.

Why bother anymore, 9/10 here play crack game anyway. Perfect example would be soogie who contribute about the game, on his pirated game of course.

At least got a place to catalog bugs, then easier to identify and fix them.

The ingame gui actually states that the screenshot was taken. Rather unique feature. U used the printscreen button right or do you have an ingame option to print screen at the main menu?

Play asia is selling it, but at inflated US price, my place gonna come out on 11th november so have 2 wait till then.

I not sure if gamestop does shipping to malaysia or not coz i never used their service b4.

What can do when you have alot of animosity. Now just wait for it..

13th? I thought it would come out on 11th and somemore you pre-ordered it. I just going to buy the normal retail version from a shop which incidentally is coming out on the 11th. What can do if ppl play it b4 it officially came out, malaysian boleh ler, semua pun boleh.

Me too. The legit local version just came out yesterday. Does anybody know the command to see FPS in-game? So far running on high detail at 1280 resolution and its silky smooth. But i find it rather irritating that my character moves abit too fast when in running mode and seems like he's sliding when i start to run.

Running speed is not the prob, its the sliding effect when you start running and abruptly stop which is rather annoying. Unlike oblivion where movement was nice, fallout 3 only prob so far for me is that issue.

Yeah i got this annoying thing to. But that was after i installed the latest 1.00.15 patch for the US into my singapore retail fallout 3 copy. Now it crashes everytime i exit the game which is rather annoying.

Oddly enough, this happened after i reformatted my computer. B4 that there was no problems whatsoever.

Same here, i too get the "old file not found" message, but it says on the readme file that its patched to 1.0.0.15. B4 my computer format, windows live was working and there was an indication in the fallout menu that my copy was verion 1.0.0.15, but now its missing and window live doesnt work but im not bothered since i dont use windows live.

Oh is there a patch specifically for the asian fallout 3 game for countries such as malaysia, singapore, thailand, taiwan etc?

I thought we were using the US version so the us patch would serve us all right?

If thats the case, then either micorosft games or beth drop the ball on this one for not creating a specific patch for this regions own game.

Mine doesnt have that sticker. I can patch up my game using the US patch but there will be an error message saying that some file cannot be found.
