After getting all the codes you just need head up to the middle where there's another terminal awaiting you. Here's the terminal. There should be few options, one is new marker for your map. Another is the Nuke rain. After you pick your option, better head out and watch the fireworks It's right here. Something like this. There are many of them out there, crowded with raiders so watch your back. Enjoy

You will get a huge permanent bonus to your gun accuracy. Found some cool guns, which are slightly better than the common originals - the terrible shotgun, reservist rifle, wazer wifle (LOL!), unique chinese assult rifle (xuan something), and a super SMG. The super SMG I got by accident, the NPC Sydney joined me but she randomly run in to aggro 5+ robots and killed herself. So I got her SMG I got Vengeance, laser gatling gun and Victory Rifle, head shot all the time.

The publisher took a victory lap today by announcing some early statistics for the game. Bethesda said that it shipped roughly 4.7 million copies of Fallout 3 around the world last week. Sales of that massive stockpile surpassed the $300 million mark. source
