man... after reading thru all this, i think i'm not going to sign in to any of these gyms... be it FF, TF or CF or whatever...

i think i'll join my fren and go to ghetto gyms. some of the gyms are quite ok... gotta go check em out. i know there's one near my house just opened, charges rm10 per entry and rm30 for personal trainer per session (not sure how long). So, i think that's ok since i don't think i'll be going to gym more than 3 times a week... maybe twice a week.

i know MSN center at Aquatic Shah Alam charges RM5 per entry. haven't check out their facilities but some said ok also there. can go swimming also.
