Well, I am one of the victims of True Fitness and I terminated my membership after 7 months due to poor customer services. But then again, you can't blame the fitness centres, after all they are doing business and staff there are just salary takers.

The best thing is to join a fitness centre with minimal commitment period...i.e 1-year contract. Then use credit card to debit monthly and not the whole fees. If you feel that they have not given you the service as stated in the contract, you can proceed to report the matter to the Kementrian Hal Ehwal Pengguna. They will look into the matter and help write you off the contract.

Frankly, many of my friends are fitness club members and so far the highest complaints are from True Fitness while no complaints for California Fitness and Celebrity Fitness.
