Misrepresentation can only be sued for when what TF sued was not T&C...It must be a statement where it is not a term and turn into a representation then ppl relied on it....then become misrep...sadly what happened up there was that TS was the one who breached the T&C...the contractual catorgraphy test...the statements are reduced into writing...lol...it is a term...TS, stop complaining la. read the contract u signed. do what the contract says to cancel the contract.
