hmmm from what i know in california fitness they read out the terms and u must sign in every terms in there,so the customers know they have a 1 year commitment and they know the terms clearly

so next time b4 u join take a tape recorder and sit down there and record every thing they say so if they didnt give what they say sue them.
like my friend case,he join FF and havent finish the 1 year contract and he got 2 month left,and he wanna join the CF in pyramid,
the GM told him to pay 100 bucks deposit then can start later and can withdraw the 100 if he decide that he dont wanna join,
and the GM also said he will give my friend 2 weeks VIP pass,
but after that,the 1st time he go to midvalley CF they told him that he cant get the VIP pass cos he already pay 100 and as counted member edi,then my fren call the GM and he said he have to find him 1st to get the pass.ok thats fine,then next time he find the GM and he told my fren every thing ok edi and can go to MV to get the pass,then when my fren went there the manager in MV told him he cant get the pass cos he already a member,then my fren called the GM and the GM told my fren different story asying sorry he cant get the pass and just cut off the phone,
angry, my fren told 1 of the consultant(that time the manager is not there) if they dont solved the problem he going to terminate his credit card and in his credit card got 5 of his friend and + me 6, join using his credit card,
after that the consultant really helped him,after that the consultant let my fren in for 1 day,


lucky for the GM my fren didnt record the verbal agreement if not they will be in trouble
