Regarding fitness contract termination issue. Actually Consumer is protected and it's has a law that consumer have right to terminate contract. The law is fair enough, consumer only need to paid whatever he /she utilized. Example: you signed 24 months contract sum total is RM2400, assume u maked full payment. when u terminate membership, under the Law you have to paid to the company 2400*5%=RM120 something call admin fee. What mean is paid utilized? Example: 2400 for 24 month, a month should be RM100, u attends class or utilize facilities 2 months, u should paid RM200.
Balance is 2400 - 320 = 2080 (will refund)
If you really unhappy, feel been cheat, unsatisfy service or quality of facilities or else, you attempt request terminate membership but unsuccessfully.

Experience consumer are recommend you open file and case in TTPM. TTPM have right help you cancel the contract.

Becaful: only allows they scan your member card if u are really attend and use their facilities.

Note: Added winning chance if you really have evidence prove the company is did wrongly.
