I don't go for PTs that are tied to gyms. Very restrictive and they're usually a lot more expensive. I found someone at this website www.kaodim.com, I find it very useful cause I get a few quotes and intros from the PTs and I get to compare prices, read their profiles etc before calling them. Instead of walking into a gym and paying the membership fees as part of the package for a PT.

QUOTE(beyourself @ Nov 26 2014, 05:17 PM) Kaodim the quotation i got is kinda pricey... compare to the one offered by my gym Try negotiating with them. These freelancer PTs are usually open to that cause they're not tied to any gym. The one I hired also started at a higher price and I tried him out for a week, then after that committed to a longer term engagement at a significantly lower price per session. Which gym are you going to by the way? I happen to also be thinking of changing gyms

QUOTE(beyourself @ Nov 27 2014, 03:45 PM) TF hartamas n jaya33... and most freelance PT actually don train at commercial gym Mmm OK the TF at jaya 33 is not bad la i think. I used to go to the one in Hartamas. Terrible. And the place is deteriorating like hell but they're not doing anyting about it. You don't have a condo gym? I used to do that with a PT. Cheaper and I find just as good as long as you get the right PT who can motivate you. Or train in the park!
