No doubt a verbal agreement concludes as aan agreement as well.But if taken to courts documented proof will be of priority to the judge.If there is no documentation of such agreement then he will fall back on the verbal agreement or implied actions agreement and the burden will be on the consumer to prove that there was a verbal agreement(witness, tape recorder, etc)
