i'm curious, usually what we sign is jst an enrollment form, where the T&C state you have to join for at least one year, there is no witness , there is no stamping, is it even a legal document in the first place?
This is the problem, they dont let you know that youre in a one year contract. And im not sure about TF, but Celebrity Fitness calls in a Customer Service staff to inform you on the terms on conditions before you sign. I worked in Celeb before and depending on the consultant, they generally tell you the truth and cut the BS although they do push you rather hard (but thats what all salespeople do).The staff at TrueFitness are all cocky SOB's that are neither qualified nor smart enough to walk and talk at the same time. The trainers are rude especially when they tell you to put the weights back where they belong. They give you rubbish information on working out and they insult you a little bit without even knowing it sometimes. When the club first started, there were some pretty good ones, but now, theyve apparently gone on to greener pasteurs, wherever that may be.
The only thing i like about the gym is that there are plenty of equipment and the place is rather huge. But, with their current rm55 for 5 weeks promo, the damned place is filled with inconsiderate noobs that take up unnecessary space.
