The OP better be careful. If i remember correctly, Mun had some problems with California Fitness from his blog. He talked some smack about them and they wanted to have "round table talks" with him.

Fitness centres are fukked up, period. All they want is your damn money. I hate it when they say special offer upon walk in. If you refuse, the offer is gone. All these lame tactics of persuasion makes me wanna slap them upside the head.
I remember going into FF once on a trial. The rep was persistently asking me if i want a PT. I finally snapped and said,"Do I look like i need a PT? Find me someone who deadlifts more than 500 pounds, then he can be my PT".

He didn't say no more shit after that. Stupidity at its peak.

My God... I was seriously considering joining up with TF. I was very impressed with the facilities there but after hearing all this from you guys....
I mean, every fitness center I go to, people don't usually give me shit. They're always polite to me but I guess they'll screw you over when you start making payments?
