Aduh, another one of the many many cases I heard about these fitness clubs... I got a friend who kena also, blindly signed the contract without reading it properly... Ended up her credit card being charged monthly even though she stopped going to the gym...
True Fitness, California Fitness, wateva fitness all using the same tactic. Better be EXTREMELY careful when reading through a contract. |
