260? how is that even possible. maybe hospital there try to rip you off
It's from the medical checkup clinic, first time 260, second time on same clinic 240. Third time at another GP, also 240 then was given a medicine and rest for 45min then take again, it was 210. After that I rushed to Emergency, checked in hospital was 220 and slowly drop to 200. After more checkup and specialist gave 2 medicine, throught the 3 days my BP drop to 120~150. But seriously, I have no any symptoms at all, no headache, neckache or faint feeling, I just feel like normal and was going project to project to settle up my work.

Very good you know your problems and risks that go along.
I was in the same situation like you before. Bought a cheapo meter and think I am ok. If the pressure is too high, I will take readings many times hoping the reading is not right first time. My reading then was 168/110.
What you should do is to record your reading every day, maybe 3 times daily and each time 2 readings. Our BP fluctuates and it is important to get a consistent reading over a period, normally 1 week. Do not talk and close your eyes when taking the reading as it will affect the pressure.
If your BP is above 160, you should already have dull ache at the back of your neck / shoulders, severe headaches or some fainting spells especially when you get up in the morning.
Nowadays, I take my BP medicine at the lowest dose as given by my doctor. And I feel good as I do jungle hiking almost every week. Take care.
Yeap, I was taking my 3 test per time and average out the value and 4 times a day. It's stable at 140+-/90+- but to my surprise when I go for follow up, it was 197/115. Anyway, today I went to a local doctor and do a comparison between 3 device include mine, surprisingly it's accurate at range of 130~135/80~85. So, I'm not sure what happen when I'm in Singapore that the reading much higher in clinic.
To be frank, even when my BP is 260, I dont feel any headache, neck/shoulder pain or faint feeling. Even the doctor is surprise that there is no symptoms. If it's not because of my employment check up, I might end up fainted somewhere

Glad I went for the checkup.
Yeap, I'm also increasing my exercise now and control diet. Hopefully everything will be stable months later. Thanks
