I still have not receive Cashback for bigpay transaction performed end of July today.  I called customer service and the guy says bigpay is not eligible for Cashback. And that it’s clearly stated that all quasi transaction (means top up transactions) is not eligible for Cashback.

I checked again terms and conditions for true visa- no such thing mentioned.
I also receive rebate for bigpay transactions performed in August.

Anyone has such experience where they get partial rebates for bigpay Transactions through true Visa card?

Cash back on 27 Aug 2019 is for transaction done on 04 Jul 2019
Cash back on 19 Sept 2019 is for transaction done on 08 Aug 2019
