finally managed to get a cs that could answer my questions.
i was told that the 10x points will only be reflected in the next statement.

at first i could not verify this because my first statement i spent around rm900 but only received less than 100points.
then my second statement i spent around rm2700 but only received less than 1000points.

so now the cs said the points i received in my first statement was for the trasactions i did during that month.
then the points i received in my second statement was for the combination of my transactions i did during my second month plus a part of the 10x points for my first statement transactions.
meaning that the 10x points for my rm2700 transactions will only be reflected in my 3rd statement.
super confusing for me to track it like this.     

If you use web browser, there is a popup that tells you it's down intermittently. I think they stupidly forced everyone to update their profile but system not able to cope with it.
