I just received BONUSLNIK AMBANK CARD.
In order to get 10x bonuslink at shell, is it must make payment via this card? or i can make payment by using other card and collect point by using this card also can get 10x bonuslink point?

Indeed I calculated which only yield 1.3% cash back. 😅

AMBANK BONUSLINK i got 200 only (missing 5000 bonuslink point)
AMBANK ISLAMIC zero (should be rm50+25)?

Yes,especially if you got approve after 1st jan 2020. They revised tnc.

I remember they revised on Jan 2020 exclude e wallet.

I remember they revised this tnc since january 2020.
E wallet are excluded.

Anyone know how to calculate the bonuslink point?
I spent online rm3500 at the end only get 1500BLP.

How to check back transaction point at January?
I'm only able to view until February.
But i checked back my statement, i spent rm3.5k for online purchase but only got 1300point ++

I should get 10x but only get 1x.

To all AMBANK BONUSLINK cc user:

Pls take note on your transaction especially eligible for 10x BL point.

I always got disqualified for 10x BL point for eligible transaction: This is the replied from ambank.

We wish to infom that in order to match a settlement with its authorization, both records must have the same date. This merchant XXX seems always send a different transaction date during settlement.

Our record show that , the transaction was performed on 2021/05/08, but settlement file sent the transaction date as 2021/05/09. Hence, the issue occurs.

At the same time, we wish to inform that the same issue is going to happen in next statement as the merchant has again sent a different transaction date for 2021/06/01 transaction. We appreciate you may assist to monitor in this, should the amount is not credited accordingly kindly let us know via this channel.

Again please accept our since apologies on the delay and inconveniences that has been caused.

My question:

1. I thought eligible cash back is based on MCC code?
2. 90% of the merchant posted date and transaction date is different. So we will miss out 10x BL point if we didn't check properly
3. In conclusion, if posting date and transaction date is different, we will only get normal BL point

.Please take note.

So every month i need to check one by one and pm them for manual claim the 10X BL point.
