How did you submit? I went to the bank to get it submitted during lunch time.
I was told need at least 5 working days after they have sent it to their HQ.
Hopefully can get it soon.
I love credit cards.

I submitted 3 months pay slip, latest bank statement and EPF statement at the bank. They didn’t ask for anything else.

So I submitted my application form to the Shah Alam branch of Ambank applying for the true card. Today I called to check on the card delivery status, cuz im so excited to know that it got approved since on Monday.
Well, instead I find out I’m getting 2 cards that I did not apply and not even 1 of them is the True card.
I filled up the forms myself and sent it to the branch myself!

Customer service on the phone was nice enough to change the request back to what it’s supposed to be.

But perhaps not the safest route despite filling up the forms myself, and sending it to the Shah Alam branch myself.

I will be lodging a complain against that branch.

I don’t. I printed only 1 copy and submitted everything in 1 copy. My application for True only became visa signature and carz card.
Sigh...such a bummer. Wish I had applied by just leaving my info on the website itself.

No black and white proof huh...
It’s probably at some stage altered.
SHould have circled the TRUE card option rather than the pathetic tick on the box, with a huge statement ‘I ONLY WANT THIS CARD!!!’

I still have not receive Cashback for bigpay transaction performed end of July today. I called customer service and the guy says bigpay is not eligible for Cashback. And that it’s clearly stated that all quasi transaction (means top up transactions) is not eligible for Cashback.

I checked again terms and conditions for true visa- no such thing mentioned.
I also receive rebate for bigpay transactions performed in August.

Anyone has such experience where they get partial rebates for bigpay Transactions through true Visa card?

Okay. I’ll write to their customer service for the rebate I didn’t get then.

what happened with Maybank and HSBC?
i did receive cashback for Aug transaction, and some cashback from July transaction which is the one I was wondering about.
I wrote to Ambank customer service awaiting reply.
