Anyone successfully get the CS to give CB to offset the SST charge for new cards?

this is the inquiry pertaining to the CC acquisition campaign cash back up to RM 500.

i don't understand why 22/5 not included cos the description same as True Visa card spent on 1 Jun. have to continue to follow up to avoid surprises.

.after 7 months.....only 12 July... i get the RM25/RM 400..omg..

i need to wait 16month to get all RM400 Cashback!!!

Found out my card application got cancelled because they see many self-contribution entries at my EPF statement and don't know what they are for. Great, they don't even know how to read EPF statement.

Just got a call today my application was approved. It took 2.5 weeks from start to finish. Not too bad.
