Anyone has trouble to link Enrich Platinum to apply pay? I couldn't seem to link it. Have called cs, cs said no issue on system side. I can link my VS though.

Had an unauthorized transaction on Ambank Enrich Platinum (Youtube Premium for 12800 JPY Yen) on Saturday night. Called CS, said already charged. Need to monitor statement see if it's being charged. I thought if I called CS to stop it from going through, the transaction should still be pending/floating?
PS: Saw others shared in XHS it's happening also in Alliance CC. |
