No more Cashback for True Visa for BP? I saw the csshback for other online transactions credited on 16 Apr

I saw someone posted their cc statement on other post also showing no CB for top up True Visa via BP since April, can anyone justify pls?

Boost is entiled but not BP

do topup bigpay counted for points?

my points is still 0 since august 2019 (when i got my card).

besides bigpay, i also use this card for grab/shopee occasionally. so not sure why i never earn any points.

edit: truevisa does not entitle for points

Actually me too.
Topup bigpay on 20 march, did not receive any cashback on 16 apr.
So far i didnt recall ambank release cashback in batches?

reloaded bp on 15 Mar not getting 30

I reload on 11 Mar 2020 for BigPay but didn't get anything on 16 April the RM30 rebate..... OMG

Didn’t get cash back this month for True Visa for topup to Bigpay, previously got cash back of RM30. Anyone else facing same issue?

I reloaded BP on 26th March and still got it.

I got mine - like clockwork.
Perhaps, like forummer above stated - U havent followed their T&C?

I reload RM1000 on 1 Mar to BigPay, get RM30 CB on 16 Apr.

Hi, please find the attached T&C before the revision in December..

By the way, Ambank replied me that bigpay is considered under quasi cash and hence not entitle for the Credit card sign up/acquisition cash back..

However, I have contacted bank negara and argued with Ambank that e wallet is not considered as quasi cash as you can see in their latest T&C at this link https://www.ambank.com.my/eng/deals-page/AmBankCreditCard , it clearly states that e-wallet spending like bigpay, boost etc is eligible for cashback but quasi cash is still excluded..

Hence if e wallet is consider as quasi cash, then their latest T&C are contradicting..

Ya if can't claim then let's group up and complain

this is what i get. so now start to cancel the cards. but till now no one pick up phone, live chat and email. want to cancel card also susah

Didnt get this even though transaction done on 15-7 00:00:40 (TnG receipt), but recorded in Ambank as a 14-7 transaction.
My spouse account's transaction done 5sec later on 15-7 00:00:45 and  recorded in Ambank as a 15-7 transaction got the cb.

I am using unsaved method as tan_aniki recommended.

For time critical event/campaign avoid using Bigpay cos it might use a foreign payment gateway with a predated transaction.

For this card, existing users when expired still able to renew? 😆

Online or utilities? I did both but only get RM15, not sure is online or utilities

previously had fraud transactions, then in follow up emails said will give temporary credit to offset the fraud transactions pending investigations. but after one month still xda. then this is the follow up reply when i asked about the temporary credit.

"Please be informed that you may perform payment as per your own usage of credit card transaction.

However, kindly take note that payment less than outstanding balance of credit card statement of account will be charged with additional interest/profit change."

Noob answer. Perform payment as per my own usage but i will be charged of the outstanding payment ie fraud. Such stupidity from the CS.

another 5 is subcard？

subcard all can have cashback individually? not lump under principal card?
