Hi all. I have an unauthorized use of my credit card .... in Germany 😑 for 2 transaction amounting to rm 4800. Immediately after I saw this , I called the credit card call centre , blocked my card , made police report and submitted the credit card dispute form .

Some questions
A. Anybody here experienced this kind of issues ? Usually how long will the process be ? They informed the process will take 2 months 60 days .

B. While the investigation going on, should I pay the overdue interest charges?

Please help to share if any of you have encountered this problem.
