It will be done automatically every month. However you have to make sure your enrich account email is same as the one you maintained in the bank so that they are linked.
Double check in the enrich website the card will be shown as a co brand card.

So what has happened is, my own enrich account was set up around 2012, its using an email account that is quite old and has quite a bit of spam and email account is running low on space. So I created another email account.
This other email account, I have registered enrich for my parents because not so tech-savvy.
When I applied for bank account and the enrich card, I had used the "other email account", what happened was my account was tagged to my parents account. Which kind of explain why their enrich miles is growing faster than mine.
Anyway, the process is as follows:
1. you need to call customer service
2. you need to ask customer service to raise a report, to change from MH 123 (parent) to your account MH 456.
3. once that is done, you need to go to AMBANK branch, to change your email address to your email.
4. then call/email MAS to inform them of the above and to change the from MH 123 (parent) to your account MH 456.
