Hi, anyone here using Ambank True Visa Card? So far I've only used the card for online transactions (foodpanda, Grab, Uber) which are supposed to be entitled to 3% cash rebate. I was informed by CS that cash rebate will be credited on 21st of every month. Today is 23rd of the month I just checked at AmOnline, there was no cash rebate reflected in the account so I called CS and was informed that cash rebate will only be shown in the next statement and the cash rebate won't be reflected on AmOnline. Is that true?

I see. I mean the changes to crediting cash back starting 15/11. There is changes to ambank cash back crediting from calendar become statement month.

didnt see anything about True. i thought they fix crediting cashback for other cards on 15th only
