Q1) If I apply Ambank cc by this Monday (23rd Dec'19), would I still have big chances to catchup on the “Can’t-Say-No-To Cashback Up to RM500” campaign? For being approved before 31st Dec'19?

Q2) If unfortunately only get approved after 31st Dec'19, can I choose to not activate the credit card and apply in next cc campaign as "New-To-Bank" customers?
