Called to request SST rebate/cash reward, but being asked to use points instead.
Straight requested to cancel all cards.
Received call from Card Retention Team after 1 week, being offered to spend RM200 within 3 months to get RM30 rebate.
Need to pay the SST first, the rebate will only be credited on the 4th month.
And this offer is only valid for 1 card, so I have to choose only 1 to keep and cancel the others bangwall.gif bangwall.gif
