Last month top up tng rm200 with ambank visa credit card did not received rm30.

same here, called CS up to check if I'm entitled as I reload right after clock striked 12😂. They came back and said I'm entitled(after checking with CC department) and CB will be credited in my Sep statement but I didn't see it still. Called again and CS said will escalate to CC department for further investigation.🤞🏻

Just got the Nov's CB of RM30 for TnG reload of Rm200, however I ended up with Rm600

Could it be that they wanted to credit it together with the monthly cashback? Coz they credited all the cashback on my statement date.

But how is it that you received RM75? I thought maximum is RM30 only? I only received RM15 coz the Bigpay transaction was backdated.

Yes, at least RM200 each for GrabPay, TNG eWallet, Lazada every month to aim for the RM30 cashback.

I don't have supplementary cards so I don't know. I read the tnc and it doesn't mention anything about supplementary cards.

I haven’t but I reloaded at 12.18 so not sure I’m eligible or not…past two weeks I tried to reload at 12.00 but it’s always error so really wonder what’s the best time to reload …

Reloading with no problem? I tried past two weeks at 0000 probably the first 15 secs and always get error…and asked to wait and not reload again…so do u guys try again till the reload is successful during the first minute?

I top up bigpay with Ambank CC on 14 Jan 1.00am, but why Ambank posted date is on 13 Jan.
That means I might not able to get the Visa 10% cashback..
Do you guys facing the same as well?
