Cancelled my last card with Ambank in mid august , today checked my ccris report which is updated 31/10 and its still there  Called and talked to their cs and that fella seems like don't know whats happening and say will get back to me after check with respective department  |

After complaint for almost 2 weeks, finally received call from Ambank saying that they already remove my credit card from my CCRIS report and the report will be update before December 15th  |

After a month of complain today just checked my ccris , all Ambank cancelled card has been removed from my report
