trefoil performance getting better... can get 6% yield for fully furnished unit, most are sitting on 5%+ yield. Subsale is about 15%-20% over developer price though...

Depending on furnishing cost, not sure about that... just heard from friend that market rate about 1k to 1.4k for fully furnished unit. developer price was around 250k ..

the leftover developer units are the big ones, 2 rooms i think... the studio units were sold sometime ago...
