Just booked Tower C Type C. Too bad no more golf view, got to compromise and choose park view instead. Mostly for own stay (but plan to move to bigger place in 7-9 years time).

Saw many people commented on Berjaya workmanship and the boring design. My 2 cents, every project has its own problem. Even Desa Park projects also has their own issues. Just a matter of if these issues/risks are acceptable for you or not. This is not my first property and there are certainly some mistakes that I could have avoided. In the end, that's life and making mistakes is part of life :-)

I have surveyed The Pulse, Park Place, Elmina, Kaia, and a bunch of subsales properties. Felt that in terms of location and convenience - Tropika is the better purchase and is just behind The Pulse in terms of fair price point. You could have other opinions, but this is mine. Just my humble sharing

If I'm not wrong tower A - up until level 13 ( residence level )
B,C until level 16
D until level 13

F&B Brands that owned by Berjaya group will open their business here… cos all the commercial units still owned by Berjaya… when the business is good sure Berjaya will jack up the price and sell it to others

I'm from xxxx, to be honest, traffic in the morning is terrific now starting at 7.20AM from Calvary stretched all the way towards Kesas highway. Last time not used to be like that. I consider lucky cause we can turn at the junction before the golf. but still it depends luck if the car is moving or not.
