I'm a potential buyer of this property, loan approved and SPA document in progress. However in SPA i don't see any black & white stating the maintenance charges of RM0.42.. For those who have bought this property, is it the same case for u guys? I'm just concerned that the developer now promise us RM0.42, but during handover they may suddenly announce an increase as we didn't sign anything..

the main. fee is not absolute...the fee will be get higher due to inflation

Spa will never show maintenance fee. Be prepared for 50 cents in 3-5 years n you will be okay
Hearsay this developer use most expensive but not best management company .

Guys, is there any referral incentive for this project? SA said there is no referral programme since day 1. Wanna double confirm here.

Is the agent under developer itself or is outsource SA? I almost close the sale with developer sale agent already. She confirmed to me said no such thing. 😑
