U can find the same unit in link 2 for less than 680k. Why pay so much more??

Spa will never show maintenance fee. Be prepared for 50 cents in 3-5 years n you will be okay
Hearsay this developer use most expensive but not best management company .

Agreed on all your points. Anyway I think high end rental in BJ is low for now. Can see many unit available. Tropika early buyers can untung and cover 4% rental lah

Many owners of the bigger size transacted rental well over 4k.
Even the 2 rooms unit with minimal furnishing also can transact above 2.8k

I know many condos further away from the city centre that can achieve crazy good rentals. Not everyone wants to stay near the city.

Tropika is connected to decent retails, in the best part of Jalil and is close to pavilion and the list goes on.
