if you received sms from samsung means it is register
if not, just confirm you delivery in qoo10 and then message the seller to help you to register

I bought from mwc.my. RM3300 for 64gb and if you want bigger 256gb at RM3500. But their set is pretty much from Korea. Has in house warranty, and you can walk in if you want to buy.
