Basically, you can't FPX > RM 10k via PC Web browser. Max RM 9,999.99. Really Horrible Bank (RHB). I was struggling with RHB at one time when i was new to it. No point talking to support, it's a waste of time. AFAIK, you can't do FPX > RM 9,999.99 via web browser. And to transfer money >=RM10k , you need to use the app. Here you can transfer and the secure device approval will also pop up and activate in your mobile. Stupid isn't it? Totally pointless since i am using my mobile app anyway! I feels i wanted to complain but i digress...really gave up on RHB...better not make my blood pressure go up for nothing. Just accept the fact you have to use the app to transfer > RM10k. Usually, i will transfer the money out using the app and then FPX from my other bank account.

I think RHB Smart current account also amended liao. Last time, if my FD mature, dumps to the Smart Account for 1 day, considered as fulfill the RM2K savings. Now cannot already i think.
