It's like saying something was stolen, and the next day an apology was sent, but the stolen items have not been retrieved.

Strange concept of rectification.

yeah, the issue is the content was wrong but credential is correct. doh.gif mega_shok.gif

this problem likley comes from the statement processing vendor OR from RHB itself

possiblities:

1) RHB sent the wrong data to vendor before vendor convert to eStatement (PDF), secure it with password

2) RHB sent the correct data, but vendor mapped it wrongly before convert to PDF. however, password was correct.


i guess RHB/vendor processes 2 lists of data: user details (name, account, address, pdf password) and statement details (txn details, account, etc)

Eligible for N1 when perform any 1 of the following transactions or eligible for N2 when perform any 2 of the following transactions:

Spend a minimum or cumulative of RM500 with UOB Credit and/or Debit Card in a month
Inward Fund Transfer of RM2,000 cumulatively in a month
Pay three (3) bills with minimum of RM50 each bill in a month
Salary Credit with a minimum of RM2,000 in a month via UOB Infinity payroll or UOBM staff salary credit
New-to-Deposit customers who open a ONE Account
Direct Debit three (3) transactions with minimum of RM50 each transaction in a month

N3 Maximum Effective Interest Rate for balance tier above RM100,000 is calculated based on RM200,000 deposit, provided customers complete any of the 2 actions per month.

N4 Maximum Effective Interest Rate for balance tier above RM200,000 is calculated based on RM225,000 deposit, provided customers complete any of the 2 actions per month.

simple lor

inward = incoming fund transfer into this account = receiving fund

direct debit is pre-set/authorize standing instruction to auto-deduct from your account, eg monthly insurance, monthly subscription fees, etc
