I dah collect 5 beg laptop hp dari HV lepas lapor.... tu staff HV cakap bukan bukan lagi limit 1 per customer.. I kasi tau dia.. at first I tekan mau order qty:13 after that I change mind order 5 je... If not dia kena bagi I 13 bijik...


Rasional behind simple je..

let say u pay in full for 5 TV promotion RM500, the next day dia stock tak cukup.. kena order oversea.. ringgit terok.. dia rugi besar.. tapi Consumer right.. you dah bayar pada tu harga tetap RM500, dia orang mesti supply u tu TV.. Tak boleh kata tak ada stock...dia orang patut check stok dulu sebelum promosi..

damaged done.. they get free advertising 11.11.. then they do not want to honor the deal.. Mana boleh begitu senang lepas mereka???

Today out of 3 Poslaju deliveries, 1 parcel delivered by the Poslaju van. 2 smaller items, presumably by the riders, "Failed delivery". Those guys must be swamped by the number of shipments.

Most likely they ran out of time and couldn't make it to your place.
