I am exempted for GST, now they said they pending Lazada to cancel my order, cause i paid less.. is this shit reason? 1) ask me to change gold to silver 2) confirmed that my product will be shipped today 3) i called to Juara head office, and got into these shit reason.

Most importantly, receive the item FIRST. Then only you communicate with Lazada for the refunds of GST.

Just deal with Lazada and only Lazada. Let Lazada punish / deal with the sellers. You paid money to Lazada, therefore your terms and agreement are upon Lazada.
Bought iPhone 8 Plus with Juara ICT Sdn Bhd during 11.11 sale. Everything went through perfectly and this is not the first time i ordered item using Lazada. And today i just got email saying:
Item(s) in order has been canceled (Reason: You may have entered an incomplete/invalid shipping address)
My shipping address is the same address that i used for all my purchased item with Lazada previously. How can they give this bullcrap excuse? I think this Juara ICT Sdn Bhd doesnt want to honor the deal and keep on giving excuses to us buyers. May I know if there is any way that I can complaint on this issue? The reason is really absurd!
Get CS lazada, then demand a valid explanation. And they also have your order details. Give them another successful order with the same address as proof.
Lastly, keep all chat logs with screenshots and report to KPDNKK if necessary
