It means lazada missed your payment, it is lucky that I wait, even I lost RM 5 discount, at least my order still there.

It means it failed, and all you can do is wait it cancel itself and the voucher will be back.

Yup, if you don't login when purchase, just log out and it will allow you to key in your email too.

As long as you has login, just ask the lazada with your email provided, they has all the order record, including the failed one.
Unless it don't shown up in your order list after you purchase, which also means no record for them too.

CS live chat by using that bookmark(Lazada Hack at post 3), if the bookmark clicked and nothing shown up, it means they are busy or offline like now.

Yes, if it went missing, it means the payment don't went through.
If they cancel manually + paid, it will still has a record there.

So it is lazada system can't handle the payment after you paid it.

No, it means the system think your payment failed, so the system cancel it and hide it from your order.
I tested a lot of time without payment, and all the order went missing, but still can track using order number.

And it is funny we can't cancel it, but the system or seller or lazada can, so the cancel button is for them.

I think they don't write fallback for their code, so it just went one by one, and ignore the failure for some part of them...(they are process in module)

So it is like module
1.process payment
2.process order record
3.process email
4.process inform the seller
5.process xxx

It depend on how's the system works, last time they lost track my first order's payment record, they even asking for prove from me.
If it is easy, then they can write script to reprocess all of them, but I wonder did they has resource for doing this correctly or not...

Bug or agreement, they may agree with the bank that disable TAC for any payment under their name for that time to reduce the resource required for process.

For 7-eleven, I think might works as it wait 2 day for payment, but you need to pay tomorrow(as less load on system tmr) and also hope the system don't cancel the order after 23:59 PM.

And also, with Google Play, Steam, Apple etc, they don't support TAC, this secure payment(TAC or double check) is just enforced by our government for safety instead of fast payment, so far some credit card can turn this enforcement off.
