this way, old bills is by old owner, new bills by you.

u still can use old name, just pay as usual. as long as no serious outstanding, just pay accordingly.


about mgmt, usually they don't manage iwk.

some condos or apartments, electricity or water bill is managed by mgmt then they bill u according to your unit's usage.
