the bios is corrupt, need to diagnose either reflash or need to replace the chip, then i can tell you the cost

then i flashed bios with bios-mod version (to unlock ram speed)
but flashed was unsuccessful and can revert to official bios.

now the laptop wont boot...

I found his servicing post yesterday (4/4/18) night, I PMed and get replied on next morning (5/4/18).
And I straight away deal with him.

My motherboard is brick due to BIOS Update fail, I try what I can to make it alive, but is still fail.
I decide to contact this technician and straight away let him to fix, the cost he offer is reasonable as well.
Hand in the mobo on 1.30pm, done fixing on 3.35pm.

At least my mobo is alive as asual.

Sent my pc to ts due to non stop bluescreen, suspected ram slot problem & unable to update bios. What he found was not the ram slot, but more than one issues. The issue was my onboard lan cip damaged, tried to replace but no spare part due to old mobo. Thats why my mobo unable to update the bios.

Major issues he found was the processor got problem, damaged onboard vrm & mosfet that luckily can be replaced with parts. Poor old mobo

Ts suggested me to change the ori intel hsf, which i bought from him with cheap price. He also clean all dust in the casing and also in the psu with nice cable management and addon some led (light yellow alike).

A superb service by ts with tons of information & guidance as told by other forumer. This is a good place to sent your pc/latop for check/repair with reasonable price. For me, i'll choose ts over other shop for repair pc/laptop.

P/S: I already put back the bottom case feet as instructed by ts

Case -

hang and freeze. user send to 1st shop and the technician told ram problem (build in RAM) and cannot be repaired.
2nd shop also tell cannot be repaired.

and user send to me for diagnose. what i found out was the 2 shop try to reflow the HM76 chip until overheat and blow. the case
is it doesnt involve with the HM76 chip, the actual problem is the super IO chip. i wonder what equipment they use for troubleshooting

This guy is a legend... send in some old hardware all miracle repaired...

Send multiple items to him and all of them were fixable.

From monitor, tv, mobo, gc, speaker etc got both monitor and mobo fixed which he showed and explain what was the cause and what he did.

His service is way better then those from shops as they ask for kidney prices for things that are not actually spoil.

Will definitely send any future electrical stuff to TS for checking.
