Lenovo g400s cannot power on. Motherboard dead. Bios chip blown. How much to repair?

Theres a crack on that chip. I dont think i can take a photo of it. But confirm it burned. And when power is plugged in, the inductor next to the chip is overheating.

Ok so roughly how much do u charge just to repair the board overall? I need to know and compare the cost as second boards are cheaper as well. If its way too expensive, then might as well i just replace a second hand board.
