2. Emergency Accidental Outpatient Treatment LIMIT
3. Out-patient Cancer Treatment LIMIT
4. Out-patient Kidney Dialysis Treatment LIMIT

some annual limit is 100k, but Per Disability LIMIT only 25k/50k.
some company medical insurance is... AS CHARGE as long as u didn't use more than the anual limit..
