i beg to differ... even sihat malaysia can provide considerably fast cashless claims, especially if you are admitted into hospital.... The trick really is to get a commited agent to handle ur claims.

I was admitted at sunway due to a dislocated shoulder. and had surgery as it would pop out every so often. claimed 16k while paying rm80 in cash for items not covered.
