Can't search IP address

I want to search for posts containing an ip, eg "219.93.218.176"
But the search function returns no results. Used google, no go. then i tried wildcard like 219*176 -> too many results! So can we search for patterns like "192.168.1.1" or "192-168-1-1" etc...... |
