My friend open 1 at damansara. Everytime I go, colanfirm full house.

RM5/ per hour = 1 controller.
RM10/ per hour = 2 controller.

He said his budjet almost 60k inclusive all the renovation,hardware,rental etc etc.

Total profit per month roughly 6-7k. If organize some event,can get more.

What do guys think. It's a good business? If good, wanna open 1. Who wanna be my business partner?

I ask my friend to breakdown the cost. the hardware things is pretty cheap for example led TV can get cheap if buy direct from kilang.

but renovation is expensive. and shop rental if not mistaken is 3+1 or 4+1.

in a not so affluent neighbourhood this sort of business model can actually work

but also run the risk of rowdy crowd pecah tv/curi console/buat maksiat etc.

racing seat is 6k.

if logitech steering wheel can get cheaper. try pm "Whitebox racing simulator", their package started at @3k.

Not to forget parking fees (if applicable) , toll fees to get there (if applicable), gas expenses, wear & tear parts.

I believe most people got monitor nowadays, just hdmi jer.

But in the long run for sure owning one is better.
