my xbox has display problems, as in, it can be switched on and all, but theres no display, tried with different cables and tv's but no difference. and since my exma sare gonna be over in 2 week times, im planning to go sg then.
my questions are: should i call them first or can i just go straight? would they give me a replacement on the spot(i bought it last year around november) or would they just repair my unit for free? and are there any other procedures which i should be aware of?
