Dude, since you are going to Pulau Tioman, and most of your gf friends you don't know one, so why don't you just take this chance and join their group? Maybe it's fun.. And yeah, just try not to think about work at that time, go there and enjoy yourself because its a vacation... not the time to think of work.. Maybe she just hoping you don't get too stressed and want you to have fun? Anyway, work only then work holiday then only holiday.. I know la sometimes we can't do that but then just try your best to enjoy yourself la ok? Don't worry, be happy

I don't know you two well so I'm not going to say much. - IMHO, she never meant to make you angry and maybe she doesn't really know what are you talking. My suspect is that you're giving her some hints but she didn't get it, so why don't you just tell her straight? Yes, in the conversation she seems a bit childish but I don't think she really meant to make you upset. Try to talk to her more, be straight forward but don't be too harsh on her just talk to her in nice and calm way. That's all I want to say, some of my statements could be wrong, bear me because I don't really know you two well so I'm just looking based on the conversation.

You know sometimes when it comes to this kind of relationship we really need to pamper our partner to keep them happy. Your gf is not using you, she just want flowers or a gift from you just to keep herself happy and thus make her feels that you do really love her.
